Why do I need your services?

Statistical analysis  proves that judges favor the abusive parent in child custody cases more than 2/3 of the time.  Judges and designated fact-finders are not equipped to identify the abuser from the victims. Narcissists' Psychopaths, and other domestic violent perpetrators exploit the Fatal Flaws in family court using it as a weapon to further terrorize the already broken spouse and children.

What are the Fatal Flaws in Family Court?

Judges do not follow rules for civil procedure. They do not follow their own handbooks for best practice.  They do not step aside when bias or triangulation is proved. They easily fall for the abusers manipulative tactics. They are IGNORANT of the psychological testing used to determine parental fitness. They order psychological testing that was not designed to measure parental fitness and then interpret the skewed results wrongly. There is NO  test that measures parenting ability.

*Serve as expert witness to identify and distinguish the abuser from the victims.
*Serve as expert witness to identify the symptoms of abuse in your children and relate it back to the abusive parent
